Why does my dashboard read ‘0 infringements’?

When you log in to your MUSO dashboard you may see '0 results' and there are several common explanations

Your protection launch may be scheduled for a future date

Please refer to your MUSO contract for your start date.

If the start date has not yet arrived, your dashboard will read ‘0 infringements.’ 

Please keep in mind that infringements may take up to 24 hours to appear on the dashboard. It’s normal for results to read ‘0’ until day 2 of the activity period of a new Protect campaign.

Your dashboard filters may be affecting your results

Your ‘All time’ results may contain data, but the other fields on your dashboard may appear blank.

In this case, please try resetting your filter fields, especially the time filter. 

Your results may be processing

If you’ve recently started a new campaign, it’s possible that MUSO is active, but still verifying and processing your first results. If you’d like to verify that MUSO is active please contact your MUSO Customer Success Manager or email support@muso.com.
