      How to manage your MUSO campaign notifications

      This guide explains how to adjust the frequency of your MUSO campaign email notifications and how to download reports in different formats

      By default, you'll receive daily updates on your campaign activity via email after creating a campaign. You can customise this frequency within your MUSO Dashboard settings.

      Here's how to adjust your notification preferences:

      1. Click on "Settings" in your MUSO Dashboard

      2. Select "Alerting & Reporting Settings" from the menu

      3. Choose your preferred frequency for email summaries: daily or weekly.

      4. Alternatively, untick the corresponding boxes to stop email notifications entirely.

      Downloading Campaign Reports:

      In addition to email alerts, you can download reports in two formats at any time:

      • CSV Export: This option provides a comma-separated values file containing detailed campaign data.
      • PDF Summary: This creates a printable report with a concise overview of your campaign activity.

      To download reports, simply select the desired campaign on your Dashboard and click the corresponding links at the top right corner: "CSV Export" or "PDF Summary."
