How can I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice via a card payment by clicking on the 'Review and pay' link within the email notifying you of your invoice (see sample invoice in the screenshot below).

You will then be taken to the Xero payment portal where you can enter your payment details as per the screen below.

Note:

  • Your invoices are sent from a post.xero.com email address and not accounts@muso.com. If you have not received your invoice, please check your spam folder.
  • Effective September 2024, we've transitioned our billing system away from Chargebee to Xero.  Any card details previously stored within Chargebee have been securely removed and disposed of during this process.
