Since MUSO does not retain any debit/credit card information, we are unable to directly modify your billing details.
To update your payment information, you will need to end your current campaign and then renew it using your updated card or PayPal account.
Ending a campaign
- Navigate to the ‘Manage Campaigns’ button on the left side of the main dashboard
- Select ‘End Campaign’ next to the campaign you want to terminate.
By doing this, your payment profile will be cancelled, and your campaign will come to an end at the conclusion of the current month's subscription cycle.
Renewing an expired campaign
- Once your campaign has expired, you can then proceed to renew it with your new payment details.
- To renew your campaign, click on ‘Start New Campaign’ and opt to renew an expired campaign.
