Green "success" statuses might be inaccurate due to website changes, so you can report them directly for MUSO to investigate.
This may occur when a cyberlocker/torrent site has changed a script on the infringing page, triggering a status error.
If you find what you believe is an incorrect status, you can check it by clicking on the corresponding green status light, then ‘Check Status.’
If the status has not refreshed, you can report it to MUSO by clicking on ‘Report Incorrect Status.’ This will report the issue to the MUSO Support Team who will investigate the matter as soon as possible.
