This guide explains the colour-coded system MUSO uses to display the takedown status of your infringements (files) and how to navigate these statuses on your Dashboard.
MUSO employs a simple colour-coded system to indicate the status of infringing files within your campaign:
- Red: These files are identified as infringing content and are eligible for takedown requests.
- Orange: These files have already had takedown requests submitted, and their removal is pending.
- Green: These files have been successfully removed after takedown requests.
Additional File Statuses:
- Grey: Files marked grey have been deliberately ignored, possibly due to exclusions within your campaign settings.
- White: These files are no longer available, meaning they were either taken down by another party or removed by the original infringer.
Viewing File Statuses:
- Select your campaign from the MUSO Dashboard.
- Toggle between the five status categories (Red, Orange, Green, Grey, White) at the top to view specific file types.
- Click on the currently selected category again to deselect it and see all file statuses simultaneously.
Searching for Files:
- Click "Search / Filter Files" to search for specific files based on details like title or filename.
- This section also allows you to save frequently used searches and set default search parameters.
Individual File Status Check:
Alternatively, you can click on the coloured status light next to a specific file. This option allows you to request a refresh of the file's status if you believe it's inaccurate.
