How to cancel a campaign

Steps on how to cancel a campaign and the payment associated with it

To terminate a campaign that is currently running, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your MUSO Dashboard
  2. Locate and click on the 'Manage Campaigns' button at the top left corner of your dashboard

  3. A table will appear listing all your active campaigns. Find the specific campaign you want to cancel protection for and select the "End Campaign" option.

By taking this action, you will halt any recurring payments, and the campaign will remain active until the prepaid period expires. For instance, if you paid for a per month campaign starting on the 21st of June, the service will continue until the 20th of July.
